  • Fresh pineapple (diced): 3 cups
  • Tomatoes (diced): 2 medium-sized
  • Bell peppers (diced): ¾ cup
  • Onion (diced): 1 medium-sized
  • Fresh cilantro (minced): ½ cup
  • Fresh lime juice: 3 tbsp
  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp
  • Ground coriander: 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder: ¾ tsp
  • Salt: ½ tsp
  • Minced garlic: ½ tsp

  • 3 potatoes (diced)
  • 1 bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • Cilantro (minced): ½ cup
  • Garlic (minced): 1tbsp
  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Pepper: 1 tsp

Preheat your oven to 200˚C. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and bake for around 30 minutes. Serve hot!

3. Dahi Vada Shots

Here comes a desi delight for all you chaat lovers. It majorly contains a combination of protein rich urad daal and calcium rich curd.

Ingredients:

  • Urad daal (soaked): 1 cup
  • Hing: 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder: 2 tsp
  • Sugar: 1tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin powder: 3 tsp
  • Refined oil
  • Curd: 1 cup
  • Sweet chutney: 4 tbsp
  • Green chutney: 4 tbsp

Recipe:

Blend urad daal, add hing, 1 tsp each of red chilli powder and cumin powder, and salt to it. Make small balls of this mixture and deep fry them. Soak them in warm water until they become softer.

Take curd in a separate bowl, add 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp each of red chilli powder and cumin powder.

Now, take chic shot glasses, put vadas in them and then pour the curd mix over them. Garnish dahi vadas with sweet chutney, green chutney and minced coriander and your shots are ready to be served in classy tray.
